Policies and Procedures: It is our policy to provide our customers with the finest products to meet their needs, competent and satisfactory customer support, and prompt delivery schedule.
Order Processing: Orders will be filled on a first come first served basis. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours except on orders received Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
Shipping and Delivery: Fujita Air ships standard UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise noted by Purchaser. Fujita Air will comply with all reasonable shipping instructions prior to shipment. Purchaser shall examine all goods promptly upon receipt thereof. No later than seven (7) days after receipt, Purchaser shall notify Fujita Air of all claimed shortages or damaged goods, or if rejection is intended, shall specify all grounds there for. Failure to give such notice within the above time frame shall be deemed an acceptance of the goods as of the date of shipment.
Purchaser may be required to pay additional freight charges and special handling fees for shipments through other carriers or under certain “special” circumstances. Fujita Air will ship at Purchaser’s expense, via any carrier service requested. When a carrier other than Fujita Air’s standard carrier is requested, Purchaser is liable for the shipping insurance and freight expenses for such shipments.
Damaged Product / Freight Claims: Fujita Air personnel use extreme care when packaging products for shipment. A product may become damaged due to mishandling by the common carrier during delivery. It is very important to notify the carrier immediately about the damage in order to preserve any claim rights against them.
Return Procedure: To assure our customers the best possible product return privileges, we have made our policy simple. We will repair or replace all defective merchandise that was purchased from Fujita Air within ten years from the invoice date (for further information, see Warranty). Fujita Air requires pre-authorization for the return of all products. If Fujita Air receives a product that has not received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, Fujita Air reserves the right to return the product at Purchaser’s expense. If a defective product needs to be returned, call Fujita Air’s customer service number at (866)922-2400 x109 during normal business hours. Give a detailed description of the problem incurred via fax or email, along with a copy of the original invoice. Once the return is approved, you will receive an RMA number via fax or email.

Fujita Air will process your RMA upon receipt. Credits will be issued in the amount of the purchased price. Please do not debit your account or delay payment of amounts due. If you have any questions regarding authorized returns or shipping discrepancies, please call your sales representative within 15 days of the incident to ensure a timely resolution.
Non defective products that are returned for RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking and repackaging fee unless authorized in writing by Fujita Air prior to the return.
Cancelations: Order cancelations are subject to cancelation and handling fees.
Warranty: Fujita Air warrants the product for replacement or repair of parts and/or workmanship for a period of ten years. Polishing is not warranted and will require touchup. These warranties are made exclusively to the original customer presenting proof of purchase. These warranties do not include wear and tear or damages caused by misuse or abuse. Fujita Air does not assume any liability for damages to the engine due to water entering the motor through the intake system. Fujita Air recommends the removal of the air intake system during any wet conditions. Some parts maybe used for off-road vehicle use only and may never be used on a California road or highway.
Limited Liability: Fujita Air will in no event be liable to Purchaser or any other party for indirect special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated profits, or other economic loss arising out of or in connection with seller’s breach of, or failure to perform in accordance with, any of these terms and conditions, or the furnishing, installation, servicing, use or performance of any goods or other materials or services seller shall provide hereunder, even if notification has been given as to the possibility of such damages. Purchaser hereby expressly waives any and all claims for such damages.
